Biography

Nicholas A. Varone joined Cooper & Kirk in 2020. Before joining the firm, he clerked for Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Jerry E. Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Varone received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2018, where he was an executive editor on the Harvard Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Brown University in 2012, after which he taught English in Japan for several years. Mr. Varone is admitted to the bar of New York and the District of Columbia.
