Biography

Jack Tucker joined Cooper & Kirk in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judge Andrew L. Brasher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Chief Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Tucker earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. He was also a member of the Federalist Society and an Order of the Coif inductee. Before law school, he graduated as valedictorian with a B.S. in Economics from North Carolina State University, where he was a Park Scholar.
