David Lehn
Associate | dlehn@cooperkirk.com

David's experience is as varied as Cooper & Kirk's as a whole. He has handled a range of constitutional, regulatory, and commercial matters on dispositive pretrial motions, at trial, and on appeal.

David received his B.A., in philosophy, from Harvard in 1999. After working as a software developer for two years, he entered N.Y.U. School of Law, from which he graduated second in his class in 2004. David then worked as a litigator at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York City until he joined Cooper & Kirk in 2005. During the 2007-08 term, David clerked for Hon. Douglas H. Ginsburg, then-Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, after which he returned to Cooper & Kirk.
